"Say When" is a play on the transliteration of the English word "Seven" in Thai. People say "Say When" when they are pouring drinks for another, or filling something up to just the right amount.

I love 7-Eleven. I think Thailand's 7s are the best in the world. They are not the same as American 7-Elevens.

I had an idea that I might one day make my own convenience store brand modeled after Thai-style 7-Elevens. Or maybe it would be a Thai 7-Eleven themed Bar.
